Yoela Palkin

Yoela Palkin is the Managing Partner of 77Labs, a fund and holding company modernizing legacy industries through software, with five active portfolio companies across healthcare, retail, transportation, and finance. A five-time founder with two exits, she launched her first company at UC Berkeley and grew it into a mobile development firm acquired by an Israeli engineering group. She later built the e-commerce analytics startup Baskit and became one of Silicon Valley’s youngest VCs at Sierra Maya Ventures. Before 77Labs, Yoela served as Head of Technology for global private equity firm Daikokuya Holdings, where she led technology strategy across Tokyo, London, and New York.
