Søren Arnsbo

Søren Arnsbo is the founder and Executive Chairman of Arnsbo Group, an entrepreneurial family of companies in tech, marketing, and media. He started his first company in 1997 at age 21 while studying economics. Rather than a "serial entrepreneur," he prefers the term "venture builder," having founded or co-founded over 20 companies and invested in or acquired a similar number.

Arnsbo Group comprises 12 brands and over 27 entities with 110 employees across Denmark, the US, the UK, South Africa, and New Zealand, serving more than 7,000 customers, including Google, Netflix, and LEGO. His focus is on building, acquiring, and investing in companies and working with long-term focused teams.

Soren lives in Aarhus, Denmark, close to the sea and forest, with his wife Janni, and two children, Victor (11) and Sophia (8), and our dog. Outside of work, enjoys running, padel, and all things tech.

What motivates Soren most is the journey — building companies with good people, learning together, and creating long-lasting value. It’s not only about the end goal. It’s about enjoying the ride.
