Matt Douglas

I’m Matt Douglas, often known by my colleagues as “MjD” (I work with a lot of people named Matt).  I’m an entrepreneur, startup advisor, and investor with 25+ years of experience in technology and business. I’m married with four children in a blended family (two kids in high school, and two kids in middle school). We recently got a puppy named Sedona.  

I’m the Founder and CEO of Sincere Corporation. Sincere is a holding Company with several consumer brands including Punchbowl, Timehop, Memento, and Lovebird. I also run The Boring Stuff, LLC, an investment Company with dozens of technology investments and a sizable amount of cryptocurrency.  

My career began at a startup called Specular, and I’ve held Product Management positions at Adobe Systems and Bose Corporation (oh so long ago). I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester, and an MBA from UNC Chapel-Hill.
