Jon Peterson

My wife Sara and I build high-quality coffee and hospitality businesses. We opened our first coffee shop in 2014 intending to run one shop, but within the first year we launched our roasting company and soon after were working on our second location.

Our focus is relatively simple, but hard for others to replicate: great products, inspiring spaces, and service that makes people really feel taken care of.

We own 100% of everything. Sara now homeschools our four kids, and I focus mostly on things I enjoy like higher level strategy and opportunities that support our growth.
